Residents will also participate in our Residency Cohort which is led by Brad Merchant and Dr. Todd Wilson (Founder of Integrated Leaders). Cohort time will consist of holistic leadership training and group discussion. Additionally, Residents will be attend bi-monthly evening gatherings for Residents (and spouses, if married) to fellowship and build community.
There are many other opportunities to learn and grow at College Park and we recommend that each Resident work with their supervisor to identify additional opportunities for discipleship.
Both! We believe men and women are called to lead in the local church by using their gifts to build up and bless the people of God. Our Pastoral Residency role is for men only, but every other Residency role is open to men and women.

We believe Residents are best served when they can be immersed in the life of the church on a full-time basis rather than needing to raise support. Therefore, residents are given a full-time salary including a benefits package.
The resident’s weekly schedule will be largely dependent on their ministry emphasis (Pastoral, Soul Care, etc.). Residents will attend all staff meetings, their respective team meetings, and bi-weekly Residency Cohort meetings in addition to their other responsibilities.
Every Residency position is a two-year program except for our Worship Arts which lasts one year.
Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required.
One-on-one mentorship with a supervisor of the same gender who will shepherd the Resident and ensure they are growing in their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
